96 Elite is an 11,000-square-foot building outfitted with stained concrete floors and fashionable, whitewash shiplap walls.

THE FOYER
The foyer makes a striking impression with a remarkable staircase centerpiece. Fashioned from large, repurposed wood beams with decorative iron, these stairs come with built-in, fully-customizable step lights to match your event colors.
WEDDING AUDITORIUM
The main indoor wedding space includes 26-foot high ceilings and an elegant 6-foot tall Swarovski Crystal chandelier. Ensure your guests are entertained with our auditorium stage, dedicated DJ sound room, and a roomy custom-built bar. A spiral staircase, rescued from an old firehouse, stands in one corner for a unique photo opportunity.
THE UPPER BALCONY
The upper balcony oversees the auditorium with an astonishing 2,500-square-feet of entertainment space. Ideal for your dining, dancing, and photography needs. Private viewing nooks, outfitted with charging stations, afford your guests a view of your event like no other.
THE BRIDAL SUITE & GROOM’S ROOM
An intimate space with vanity-style mirrors, the bridal suite is the perfect backdrop to make treasured bridesmaid memories. In the groom’s room, gentlemen will find everything they need to relax and prepare for the big day. Both rooms come fit with a private entrance and exit to the wedding courtyard.
THE CATERING ROOM
With two entrances, it’s designed for smooth flow. This space ensures that your guests can move through the catering line with ease. The room also includes a private entrance and exit to the parking lot as well as a refrigerator, freezer, sink, and several large worktables for catering convenience.
THE WEDDING COURTYARD
A paved courtyard surrounded by the beauty of nature is the perfect place for outdoor ceremonies. Sunsets look absolutely splendid from this location. Walk the pathway and you’ll find the nearby boat dock, rowboat, ornate fountain, gazebo, and our romantic Heart Pond!
Meet the Owners
Our Story
Over the course of the next year, the couple thoughtfully reimagined the property with careful attention to detail, and 96 Elite was born. The name came from a desire to effectively describe the efforts they made to transform the building into an elegant, well-designed space for special events.
In addition to 96 Elite, Dwight and Cindi own and operate Sprouls Construction, Inc. They are celebrating 35 years of marriage in 2023.
