The Space

The venue is an 11,000-square-foot building surrounded by a beautiful, fully-landscaped property. With a spacious parking lot, wide hallways, and an expansive catering room, 96 Elite is more than prepared to accommodate large parties. The building is also fully accessible under ADA requirements to ensure every guest can have a great experience.

The Ambiance

96 Elite puts you in control of your dream event with customizable lighting options throughout the building (including a staircase with customizable step lights) a dedicated sound room for a DJ’s set-up, and a desirable mix of decor and furnishings to compliment any theme. We’ll help you design a space to fit your perfect day!

The Experience

All events include an on-site manager to keep your event running smoothly. Unique photo opportunities abound throughout the property, with striking locations such as our vintage spiral staircase and Heart Pond. The 2,500 square-foot balcony features private, upholstered viewing boxes with phone charging stations for a one-of-a-kind view of the big event.
